Hello there fellow Winter Showcase players of Roblox, WoodReviewer here with day 18 of my 2024 Advent Calendar. Apologies for this late post, but I was a bit tied up working on my review for the Winter Spotlight event. I say that like I won’t be tied up for the rest of the advent calendar, but that is my excuse today and Tower Defense Sim was a really hard challenge. Anyways the Winter Spotlight will have its blog post later, today is about today’s gift. So, what is today’s gift now that all the part shape specific gifts are done?

Why it is just a normal set of shelves.

Yes it is a return to something more basic, but after the last few days I am running a bit low on creative gifts so it is time to return to an old classic.

One thing that does make a return with this gift is my endless plank texture. It appears on the sides and on the shelves, turning what would otherwise be surprisingly wide pieces of wood into not-so-wide pieces of wood.

All of this is held together by the supports for the shelves, which help lock the planks together and keep the shelves up.

In my opinion this really shows why Roblox should have some type of endless plank texture that matches normal wood. I mean, just look how bad the back looks with planks ending halfway down it.

Anyway, that is all I have for today. Don’t worry, some of the gifts coming in the final week of this calendar will be better. Others not so much. But if you pay attention atleast they will show you what proper wood grain looks like.
