But now there is definitive evidence that all these games were judged, with many of them knowing what sins they committed.

Mega Mansion Tycoon by Wild Atelier

Another mansion tycoon, this one functions mostly the same as all of the other house building tycoon. The one main exception is that unlike the other ones where you need to progress a bit to find the bad wood grain this one has the bad wood grain right on the front mailbox.

Ragdoll by Reinvent

Another one of the ragdoll games that all look the same, this one has the same bad wood grain on the posts for the barbed wire fences that I’ve seen elsewhere.

Edward the Man-Eating Train by Fridge Pig Studios

I’m not sure to group this game with the horror games that I’ve seen in this event or with the train games that are in this event. In either case the game will fit in as both of those categories have bad wood grain, much like this game does on the wooden posts to hold up the station.

Mega Obby 725 Stages by Mega Studios Pay Pals Studios

At first I thought Mega Obby would be much like all of the other obbies that have been in the event, either filled with bad wood grain or entirely smooth plastic. And At first I thought it was the latter, until I saw this random torch right before I found the egg and it moved the game into the “Bad Wood Grain” category.

Mansion Tycoon by Capybara Productions

Yes, we are four games into this review and we already have a second game that is extremely similar to another. I guess this game is a little less mega than the previous, but it still has bad wood grain. Just in a less obvious place, like this sign.

Yes, this is another Skibidi Toilet game that is getting my seal of approval because it lacks any bad wood grain. Sure, if I played it more I might have found something but I really just want to finish this review.

Yes this is another role-playing game, but you shouldn’t be too quick to judge it. Unless you judge it based on the wood grain like me. In that case judge it harshly because it has yet another sign near spawn that has bad wood grain on the vertical post holding up the sign.

So I’m not sure what exactly it means for the hood to be realistic or not, but one thing that I know for a fact that isn’t realistic is the wood grain on these fence pickets. They should be vertical, not horizontal.

So I know I’ve said it many times before, but if you manage to screw up cylinders like the creators did here on the diagonal supports for the roof, that means you are doing something stupid like using a custom mesh or unioning cylinders. I see no reason for you yo not use a regular cylinder here, so just us it. It will improve the wood grain.

This game probably had hands down the best quest in the entire game. It is just a shame it was buried by so many games where it was easier to get eggs just by spawning into a game. And it is also a shame that I have to condemn this game for having bad wood grain on the door and door frame. Sorry, but can’t let favoritism get in the way of my self-imposed duty.

No, I don’t care about this game. What I care about is that the devs are selling a physical keychain with bad wood grain on it? Like a graphic designer, 3D artist, and whoever is involved with making plushies saw this and went “yup this wood grain is fine?” What is wrong with people that this is OK. It is not OK. You should feel shame. I don’t even know how to review physical merch because that was never even something I considered. Please stop this. It is not OK.

So this game is more or less one of the default Roblox place templates, and if you know anything about those templets they are filled with bad wood grain. In this case it used the suburban template which include this shelf and piano with bad wood grain. So I guess you could say this game is less that Puurfect.

Another game that mostly revolves around sinking ships, I don’t even have to resort to any voxelated builds here to find bad wood grain. Instead this lantern in the shop is all that I need with the bad wood grain on the corner supports.

With all the RP games in these events it is hardly ever a matter of if it has bad wood grain, but rather how how I have to look to find it. With the quests being so short I don’t have much time to find them, yet I was still able to find this table with bad wood grain on the legs in no time flat.

Parkour Rush by Parkour Rush

Somehow this was the most unique obby in all of The Hatch, and guess what, no bad wood grain. Is that because it is all smooth plastic? Yes, but still I count it.

Oh, it is this game again. Yes, that game with the weird head the chases you. Not the weird scary head, just the weird head that looks like it belongs to a Barbie doll of a 2 year old. Honestly this game is actually growing on me with how weird it is, besides for the wood grain on these teleporters. They are still pretty bad.

Ultimate Ragdoll Playground by ShrekWasMyIdea

The most unique of any of the ragdoll games in The Hatch besides for maybe the water park one, Ultimate Ragdoll Playground differentiates itself by having unique buildings. It doesn’t differentiate itself from others by having proper wood grain, as the side grain on this little window frame thing is bad.

Impostor Among Us by Vantablack Studios

Yeah, the wood grain on this table leg is bad. If the table leg is bad in the original Among Us please tell me so I can complain to them also about it.

School Bus Simulator 24 by JustGames Universe

So one thing that I am surprised I don’t see more of in games is games having bad wood grain on railroad ties. I mean I see it a ton but I feel like I don’t see it as much as I see other mistakes people make with wood grain. What I am trying to say is this is a unique mistake for all of the games I saw in this event, which is kind of surprising with all 410 games in the event.

Gym Simulator by Gym Simulator Club

Another simulator and another simulator that I have nothing to really say because the entire game is all smooth plastic and this is like the 30th game like that in this event.

Saber Showdown by Nova Wave Games

Saber Showdown is one of the large and more detailed games that I’ve seen that has no improper wood grain. Not only was it not smooth plastic, but I even snuck around a few maps and still found nothing and the game still had a fairly unique art style. Overall very impressive.

Anime Fantasy Kingdom by Anime Forge No. 1

I feel kind of bad for Anime Fantasy Kingdom. Outside of the bad wood grain on the lanterns I really love all the neon effects that the devs have going on with the buildings in the city. Alas, not amount of neon can sway my judgement. Unless the entire game is neon and it has no wood. They will sway me.

I forget which school themed obby it was that I first that I played that had bad wood grain on the chalkboard, but regardless of which one it was Team School Escape does feature it. And in the end does the order really matter?

Escape the Carnival of Terror Obby by Platinum Falls

Most of the time when people use custom meshes or textures for things the amount of bad wood grain they have goes down because they actually have to think about the texture. That isn’t the case here as the wooden fence pickets here on what is probably a custom mesh due to the gap in the plank staying the same height. The fact it is a mesh makes it even more puzzling, but that is a puzzle for another day.

Obby But You’re On a Bike by FORTUNE 777

So this is another game that I cheated to find bad wood grain. Obby But You’re On a Bike has been in several events before, and as a result I know the spinning wheel at the start of Stage 2 has bad wood grain. The egg was in stage one. So yes, I did go outside the scope of the event, but it just took me an extra 20 second to find the bad wood grain so it wasn’t even a challenge.

Verdict: Fail

Be NPC or Die by arashiyama

For some reason in previous events I had trouble finding bad wood grain in Be NPC or Die, but for this event as soon as I joined in I instantly saw bad wood grain on the table legs. I guess the moral of the story is if you are doing a special event for an event don’t use more wood grain than is in your normal maps.

Fabled Legacy! RPG by Fabled Legacy

When exploring the spawn area I saw no improper wood grain on any buildings in Fabled Legacy. However, upon a closer look I found this blacksmith who had a hammer whose handle had improper wood grain and for me that is enough to condemn a game.

Bid Battles by Absolute Zero!

Another game that is all smooth plastic, another game that has no bad wood grain.

Verdict: Pass

Image Block Run by AE Minigames

Remember that Color Block Run game from earlier? This is the exact same game, only with images on the blocks. Only this doesn’t matter because every block has a specific color and like images only appear on like colors so if you just look at the images you’ll be fine. Anyway, all smooth plastic again so it checks out.

Verdict: Pass

Supermarket Simulator by MagicCube

Very similar to the Clothes Shop Simulator from earlier, the main difference between these two games is that Supermarket Simulator has more bad wood grain because it has wooden crates to store stuff in and those crates are all throughout the levels.

Verdict: Fail

Battle Ages by Ming Media

A modern take on the classic Age of War flash games, Battle Ages is an improvement over SirMing’s other games with the fact it is all smooth plastic and has no bad wood grain.

Verdict: Pass

Snake Simulator by Banana Studios Games

Another clone of the Snake game make we’ve already seen three or four times, this is the last time this map will appear in the hunt. Much like all the other versions of it the game has no bad wood grain because it is all smooth plastic.

Verdict: Pass

A Wolf or Other by Otter Space

The Penultimate game in this review, A Wolf or Other returns from several previous runs in events and much like the other it still has many examples of bad wood grain around the map, most noticeable on one of the many door frames across the many maps it has.

Verdict: Fail

Find the Toilet Rainbow Morphs backrooms by Banana Studio Games

This is not intentional, this game is just the last game in any of my reviews out of pure chance/dumb luck. Well, it isn’t so much a game as it is an experience. Not in the good way, more as in you need to play this game in order to experience it because there is no other way to explain it through pictures or text.
