Hello there creepy Halloween lovers of Roblox, WoodReviewer here with day 2 of my 2025 Advent Calendar. If you missed yesterday’s gift, please go back and read it, it will only take a minute. But if you don’t want to and missed the theme of this year’s calendar, the them is I’m tired of devs being lazy and am now fixing their mistakes myself. The inspiration for today’s gift comes from Epic Minigames appearance in the Halloween Spotlight this year with poorly made fence. So what is today’s gift?

Why it is a segment of fence with proper wood grain.

Now I’m sure some of you might go “but WoodReviewer the original fence is made with wedges and wooden planks while yours is a union and regular wood” and yes, that is correct, but nowadays with how much more efficient unions are a single fairly-low poly union isn’t that much more taxing that the 4 wedges plus single part from Epic Minigames. Also wooden planks just look terrible there, so think of that as a free improvement.

And yes it is also true these fence pickets aren’t to the same exact scale and same exact rotation as the original, but they are close enough and can easily be adjusted to match the original ones. I already did all the hard work of taking 5 seconds to create the union and rotating it so the wood grain is correct, now it is in the devs court to actually do everything else to make the game right.
