WoodReviewer’s 2021 Advent Calendar Day 17

Hello there physical artists of Roblox, WoodReviewer here with day 17 of my 2021 Advent Calendar. As we approach this final week of my calendar, the boxes have finally increases in size, so hopefully everyone will feel that the quality of the gifts is also increasing. Will the quality actually increase? That is hard to say, but the answer is probably no. So, will today’s gift be an increase or decrease in quality?

Well it is a chalkboard, so probably a draw, quality wise. Now some of you might be wondering why I chose to make a chalkboard, and the answer is because I saw one at work and was like neat I could use it as a gift, and here we are.

One issue with this chalkboard is the way the trim acts. You see, if you search chalkboards on Google Images most of what you see are either 3D models of chalkboards or digital art of chalkboards, not real pictures. These chalkboards have the trim intersections at 45 degree angles. However, on the few real pictures of chalkboards in classrooms I found the trim was not angled but instead one board just ended when it met the other one, so that was what I did here. Granted either one will probably work, I just wanted to share with you my little chalkboard rabbit hole I went down.

That is all I have for today. Overall this isn’t the best gift, but it does take full advantage of the increased size of the new larger boxes. Although I never checked to see if it could fit in the smaller boxes, so please don’t do that and just accept it won’t fit.
