Hello there curious rope lovers of Roblox, WoodReviewer here, and I have been having way too much fun the last few days messing with ropes while making these recent gifts for my 2021 Advent Calendar. So, now that you know that today’s gift involves rope, do you have any ideas on what it is that is in today’s gift?
Why it is a garden swing. Why a garden swing? Because I tried to make a kids swing but had too much trouble getting the swinging motion to work, while garden swings don’t swing much.
This is also one of those gifts that truly takes full advantage of the large box sizes in the last third of this calendar, as this swing fits in with less than a half stud to spare on each side. Granted that means you can’t exactly fit it through the door on the box, but I have plans for day 25 that won’t let me give up that box, so thankfully studio lets you phase stuff through walls.
Well, that is it for today’s update. I know these blog posts are kind of pointless, but I started these blogs as a way to describe why certain wood grain goes a certain way in a model and then got lazy and made them shorter showcases, and then forget every year to go back to a more in-depth look at the wood grain. And with only 3 days left, it seems a bit pointless to change up the format now, so enjoy the rest of this years calendar, and hopefully I remember to make next years calendar better.
