Hello there late night gift receivers of Roblox, WoodReviewer here with day 2 of my 2023 Advent Calendar, and for some reason this year is the year that my brain decided to spell advent with an “a” instead of an “e”, so thank goodness for spellcheck. Anyway, today’s gift is a bit late because I decided to remake it after I had it nearly finished to make it look a bit better, so here we all, way to late at night with today’s gift. So, what is it?

Why it is a table.

You know, one of these years I really should actually go though and document what type of asset I made for every gift, because this has to be atleast the 10th table I’ve given in these calendars. But is it different than those other tables? Probably, honestly I don’t feel like going through 8 difference place files to compare every table I’ve given.

“But WoodReviewer, why not just insert all of them into a single place?”

Well, good point, but the problem with that it is hard to view them because for some reason I decided to make my 2017 calendar a set of drawers that you can’t easily look inside, and my calendar last year a cylinder, so you have to circle around it.

Back to this year’s table, the bottom supports are made out of a lighter wood, and instead of just being held in place with joints, the actual base and supports for the table top have a wedged shape towards the leg, helping them to get more leverage to stage up.

This also results in you being able to take out the entire center of the wooden table top can easily be removed, but the supports still function as, well, supports, so you can switch the wooden center out for something like glass. Or a different wood. Or those weird tiles table tops you see at your grandparents house that you never actually see for sale anywhere so you have no idea where they bought them. Or a stone top.

Anyway, that is all for today’s gift. Hopefully tomorrow will be the last day with delayed openings, and after that I will go back to my regularly scheduled time. What exactly is that time? I don’t know. I just know it will be earlier than now.
